Crossing our fingers for a September annoucement, Georgia along with Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina & California are vying for the new home for So. Korean Electric Vehical (EV) Technology company "CT&T Co., Ltd." The US subsidary, "CT&T United" would comprise an R&D center as well as several manufacturing sites that would make cars that range from $8000 to $16000 as well as batteries. This fits the hints I've received about a prospective user that has a "eco-friendly" technology slant to their business so, we'll see what happens. It could eventually produce up to 2600 jobs over the next 5 years. This could do wonders for our commercial real estate market & boost the Dean Forest Rd - Hwy 17& 80 Corridor.....READ MORE or see a previous post about the mega site.
