VA needs 68,000sf /9-12 acres in Savannah, GA

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking for a 9-12 acre site to construct a 68,000 square foot outpatient clinic in the Savannah, GA Metropolitan area. I submitted a couple of my client's properties that fall within the specific geographic requirements & hope to get additional details to share soon.

Typically, VA deals encompass the VA taking an assignable land option for the fee simple purchase of the property. They will then assign the property to a developer or investor from which, they may then lease the building back. They will also consider a ground lease if the property is a preferred location.
